Congratulations to Lisa Mcfarlane and Guy Moulson who have both progressed into new roles with seven at the start of 2018.
Lisa has become a Director of the practice and will continue to offer her conservation and heritage expertise. Lisa truly champions the architecture profession and leads at the forefront, inspiring the future generation of architects. Her previous role as President of MSA led to an increase in younger members and she is currently working with other architects and RIBA to develop the new architecture apprenticeship scheme as an alternative route into the profession. Lisa’s continual involvement with RIBA, IHBC and MSA is exemplary and we are delighted she has undertaken this new role.
Guy has taken on the role of Associate of the practice. Guy has driven many successful projects for seven, including the design of the new Grade II* listed City of London Police HQ, the ongoing rejuvenation of the Grade I Corn Exchange in Leeds and the transformation of Harrogate College. Guy has led the mentoring of junior staff, supporting their development as they continue their studies to become qualified architects. He has also championed the transition to Revit in the Harrogate Studio, leading team members to achieve Revit Certified Professional status.
