As a Certified B Corp business we are committed to sustainability, meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability, whilst supporting our clients in their own sustainability goals.

B Lab’s social and environmental standards define how businesses can be a force for good and form the basis for the B Corp Certification requirements to help companies improve, measure and manage their impact on people and the planet.

So how did we do? We are proud to share that we achieved an overall B Impact Score of 97.1. The medium score for businesses who complete the assessment is 50.9 and the threshold for qualifying for B Corp certification is 80. This demonstrates our active and ongoing commitment to society and the environment with a certification which aligns with our mission, vision and values. By reporting all aspects of the business, we can validate our practice as a force for good and take our place alongside the other B Corp businesses in the UK, currently covering over 55 industries and representing over 56,000 workers.
